Pension, protection and pay

  • A defined contribution (DC) pension scheme for all employees, offering 2:1 matching contributions and a maximum 15% employer contribution.
  • Group income protection, available for all staff on an employer-funded basis. This operates on a phased reduction model: once an employee’s sick pay comes to an end, group income protection commences, reducing by half after six months.
  • An organisation-wide bonus scheme, typically paid in July. This is awarded based on the same metrics for all staff, regardless of seniority, and is normally paid as a flat rate rather than as a percentage of salary. On average, front-line employees can expect a bonus of £1,000.
