Logistics organisation Europa Worldwide Group, which employs 900 staff, has appointed Elaine Robertson (pictured, right) as its new head of HR.
In this role, Robertson and her three-person team will be responsible for HR planning and policy, employee wellbeing, compensation, employee engagement and communications, as well as staff events.
Robertson has been recruited to help the organisation form strategic goals and to tackle business-wide issues, such as attrition and engagement.
Previously, Robertson has worked as group HR manager at Swan Mill Paper Company, employment law and HR consultant at EMA HR Consulting, business support, HR manager at Fresh Service and executive assistant to the managing director at Stora Enso.
