Liz Ashford is to join financial services organisation TSB as its new HR director, subject to regulatory approval.
Ashford, who has experience across the retail, utilities and financial services sectors, is expected to start at TSB in summer 2019. She specialises in leading change and business transformation as well as people strategy.
Ashford will join TSB from insurance business Aviva, where she has worked as HR director, global investors and group function. Previously, Ashford has also worked as head of human resources at Kleinwort Benson and head of human resources at RWE.
