Norton Rose Fulbright improves newly qualified associate pay by £7,500

Law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has increased pay for its newly qualified associate population, improving wages by £7,500.

Effective from 1 January 2020, newly qualified associates in their first working year will receive £87,500 a year in basic pay; previously, lawyers with this experience earned £80,000 a year.

The new base salary, combined with bonus increases, means that eligible employees will have the opportunity to earn up to £114,000 a year in total.
