Consumer finance business Non-Standard Finance and law firm Womble Bond Dickinson are among the employers included on the shortlist for Best benefits communications, small employer, at the Employee Benefits Awards 2019.
This award will celebrate the achievements of an organisation with fewer than 1,000 employees, which has used effective and innovative communications to engage staff with its benefits offering.

The winning employer will be announced over a lunch-time ceremony, hosted by actor and comedian Kerry Godliman at the Employee Benefits Awards and Summer Party on Friday 7 June 2019.
Taking place at The Pavillion at the Tower of London, the awards ceremony will be followed by a summer party, during which attendees will be able to network, celebrate and discuss best practice at an iconic London location.
