Etienne Prongué, chief executive officer of BNP Paribas Real Estate, said: “One of our strategic goals is the retention of high performing employees and by employing this flexible approach, we have achieved a real win for the business. It is fairly unique and innovative approach for such a senior position, but it’s important for us to put our people first.
“We will retain the skills and experience that Fiona has brought to the business during the last year. While welcoming Vicky back to a role that has the same level of responsibility and strategic weight; at the same time as allowing her to achieve a work-life balance with her young family.”
