Bravo Benefits (formerly Busy Bees Benefits) is a fintech employee benefits platform and consultancy business. We support employers through bringing together employee benefits software, reward & recognition tech and workplace communication via simple and affordable cloud technology. Our approach is “Why make something complex when simplicity and ease of use achieve more”.

We help more than 16,500 employers in the UK to deliver their reward & recognition benefits to better attract, engage and reward their employees.
