Global healthcare business Organon has introduced access to health support from digital app Peppy via Axa Health, for all of its 600 UK-based employees and their partners.
Employees will be able to receive menopause, fertility and reproductive health, women’s health, family and baby, men’s health and other areas of healthcare assistance through the app.
According to the employer, which introduced a menopause and pregnancy loss policy for its employees earlier this year, the move aimed to provide an additional layer of support for staff in under-served areas. Organon introduced the app in order to think more broadly in the best interests of all of its staff.
Peppy provides access to experts over live chat, events and virtual consultations, giving users access to information and personalised support, tailored to their specific needs, with a particular focus on otherwise under-served areas of healthcare support.

Earlier this year, on International Women’s Day (8 March), Organon gave all of its almost 9,500 global employees an extra paid day off to attend to their own health needs, in recognition of the growing health disparities faced by women.
