Sadiq was listed as one of the ‘Most Influential Global D&I Leaders’ by Hive Learning, was included on the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development’s Top 20 Power List and awarded an MBE in 2017.
On Thursday 6 October, Ollerton’s speech, titled ‘Power to Perform’, will outline mental hacks to improve performance, the role of positive habitual behaviour, and goal setting for success.

After 13 years overseas, he developed a concept in order to put his extensive training and experience to use helping others, including veterans suffering the effects of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
