L&G lets leave trade

Investment and insurance services company Legal & General (L&G) plans to introduce a range of salary sacrifice benefits, including childcare vouchers and an option for staff to buy and sell up to five days holiday.

Ross Wood, remuneration manager at the firm, said: "We’ve done a study with a view to implementation later this year." Employees also get a defined contribution pension, between 22 and 30 days holiday and four times life cover.
