Professional services provider, Micro Focus has implemented a flexible benefits programme for its UK based staff.
The firm, which provides innovative software that allows companies to improve the business value of their enterprise applications, hopes to engage employees by giving them a wider choice of benefits and more value.
Micro Focus is also providing online total reward statements to staff.
Employee will now be able to view their total remuneration, change benefits and purchase new benefits online.
The flexible benefits include holiday trading, life assurance, a pension scheme, private medical insurance, dental insurance, critical illness cover and health screening.
The benefits, which are being launched in conjunction with Thomsons Online Benefits, will be communicated by posters, email campaigns and launch presentations.
Paul Rodgers, group HR director for Micro Focus, said: “We already had an attractive mix of benefits in place but wanted to allow employees further benefits, including the choice of salary exchange.”
