Misys has provided its 3,000 staff with access to online total reward statements (TRS).
The software and services provider previously used paper statements, but has moved these online as part of an initiative to harmonise HR processes.
The online statements support the organisation’s commitment to be more environmentally responsible, says Andrew Brown, group pensions manager at Misys.

“Misys is a leading software organisation and moving to online TRS has been very well received by employees. Particularly useful has been the ability to track pension fund statements from year to year,” he adds.
Misys worked with reward solutions provider Strait Logics to develop the system.
