Trustees show concern about the demands of their role

Almost half of pension trustees from the UK’s largest defined benefit (DB) schemes are worried about the growing demands of their role. Of the 250 trustees questioned by the Aon Consulting trustee survey, 46% said they found it difficult to find time for their role. This sentiment was more acute among trustees managing schemes worth more than £500m. Of these, 71% said it was very or fairly difficult to make time for their tasks.
