Unisys has refreshed and improved its flexible benefits scheme by adding five new benefits in order to give staff more choice and aid recruitment and retention.
The technology firm has added travel insurance, health screening for employees’ partners, experience days, magazine subscriptions and the facility for staff to conduct credit checks.
Andrew White, reward manager at Unisys, explained: “We are keen to offer our employees an imaginative range of flexible benefits. The inclusion of credit reference checks was appealing to us as we work in the field of data security and fraud prevention.”
The updated scheme is being designed, administered and communicated by Benefex. An online brochure, posters, emails and a newsletter will be used to communicate the new options to Unisys’ 1,500 staff.
