Mercer has acquired global employee engagement organisation Sirota Consulting.
Sirota Consulting specialises in organisational research, providing assessments, surveys, technology and analytics in areas such as engagement, team effectiveness, leadership and culture.
Mercer’s acquisition will enable it to build on its current consulting proposition in talent management, as well as reinforce its commitment to employee engagement.

The terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
