Eli Lilly is set to launch voluntary benefits plan

In March, Eli Lilly will launch a voluntary benefits plan.

This follows an employee survey in January, which found staff wanted perks such as travel insurance, gym membership and motor breakdown cover. David Chandler, benefits manager, said that the benefits most requested by staff were best suited to a voluntary plan. The online scheme will be open to the firm’s 2,000 UK-based staff.
