Anthea Cassano joins VMware

Software firm VMware has appointed Anthea Cassano as a senior consultant, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), compensation and benefits.

Cassano will be responsible for monitoring salaries and benefits, developing the employee benefits package and preparing and distributing information to staff.

She has previously worked at market research firm TNS as compensation, benefits and human resources information systems (HRIS) manager, at Ceridian as compensation and benefits manager and at Vodafone as reward consultant (interim).
