Richard Higginson now at Towergate

Towergate has appointed Richard Higginson as interim reward manager.

He will lead short- and long-term incentive projects.

Higginson was previously head of reward at Towry, where he won an Employee Benefits award for ‘Most effective total reward strategy’. He has also held senior international roles at both GlaxoSmithKline and British American Tobacco.
