Roland Masterton moves to Mitsubishi UFJ Securities

Roland Masterton has joined financial services organisation Mitsubishi UFJ Securities as a compensation and benefits analyst.

In this role, he will specialise in the market analysis of employee benefits, salary and other forms of compensation.

Prior to starting his new role, Masterton was group reward specialist at global reinsurance firm Aspen Re. He has also worked at the Body Shop, where he was international reward manager.
