Aptuit to poll employees on flexible benefits wish list

Aptuit is surveying its entire workforce this month to gauge which benefits staff would like to see in the flexible benefits scheme that it plans to launch in January.

The survey will list a range of potential benefit options and ask the clinical research organisation’s 1,000-strong workforce which benefits they would opt for in a flex scheme.

To encourage maximum employee participation, the survey is likely to be made available in both a paper format and online.

Jackie Anderson, senior director HR, said: “We want to give employees more choice and reflect the fact we are a growing company both organically and by acquisition.

“Flex is a good way of trying to make sure that all our employees are treated in broadly the same way.”

Currently, all employees at Aptuit are offered access to a stakeholder pension scheme, private medical insurance and a childcare voucher scheme.
