Digital services and printing solutions firm Ricoh UK has partnered with financial wellbeing advice platform Wealth Wizards in order to help its around 1,800 employees improve their finances.
Staff have been given access to the platform’s financial wellbeing application MyEva, which provides a financial health check and a personalised dashboard. Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)-regulated advice on pensions is available, and employees can adjust their workplace pension scheme contributions via the application.
According to the business, it introduced the application as part of its holistic approach to wellbeing, acknowledging that financial, mental, physical and social wellbeing interlink and impact each other. Its aim is to offer financial advice and guidance for employees of all ages and life stages.
Toni Smith, rewards and insights manager at Ricoh UK, said: “MyEva helps our employees co-ordinate their spending and work out weekly or monthly budgets to help manage their bills. While saving during the current cost-of-living crisis can be challenging, several of our employees are actively seeking regulated advice on areas such as mortgages, savings, and pension contributions and consolidation.
“Employees can access MyEva 24/7 which provides them with a continuous, real-time overview of their current and future financial wellbeing, which in turn helps to improve their mental and physical wellbeing.”
