Cushon aims to turn the UK into a nation of savers and investors by helping employees to feel comfortable about making financial decisions. Employers use Cushon workplace savings to enhance the financial wellbeing of their workforce by providing them with an accessible way to save and invest from as little as £10 per month, direct from pay.

Our products

Investment (Stocks & Shares) and Cash ISAs: Investment and Cash ISAs for simple withdrawals, transfers and switches between cash and investment. Open to all UK residents over 18.

  • Lifetime ISA (LISA): The ‘Homebuyer’s ISA’ replacing the ‘Help to Buy ISA’. The one for first time buyers and pension savings, for 18-39s. Save up to £4,000 a year, with a free 25% bonus of up to £1,000 a year on top.
  • Junior ISA (JISA): For parents looking to put funds away for their children’s future; one per child in addition to the individual’s own annual ISA allowance.
  • General Investment Account (GIA): The GIA is for investors who are looking for another pot to save into.

Employees can choose from ready-made portfolios or build their own portfolio by selecting from over 1,000 individual funds across 90 top-rated fund managers. Our free daily investment monitoring service – CushonMe – sends alerts on the performance of investments, so employees are always in control.
