HR, reward and benefits professionals who want their organisation or team to be in with a chance of winning an award at the Employee Benefits Awards 2022, in association with Aon, only have three days left to enter.
This is the last chance for both individuals and teams to enter and win recognition for their achievements and contributions in terms of attracting, motivating and rewarding employees through benefits strategies during 2021. The deadline for award submissions was given a final extension to midnight on Monday 24 January in order to give people more time to prepare their entries.
Now in its 20th year, the Employee Benefits Awards is considered to be the event of the year for the reward, benefits and HR community. It was designed to recognise excellence and celebrate the organisations, teams and individuals who have made a significant difference through their reward and benefits strategies.

In-house HR, reward and benefits professionals, teams and departments from any type of organisation operating outside the employee benefits space can enter 22 categories this year, two of which are brand new for 2022.
Helen Curl, group commercial and event director for the Employee Benefits portfolio, said: “As the job market picks up after two years of stagnation, benefit and reward packages are playing a key role in the battle to attract and retain talent. Being awarded for the work organisations are doing in this area, can really boost their competitive advantage. The awards also recognise the hard work HR professionals do in creating these packages.”
This year’s winners will be announced at the Employee Benefits Awards and Summer Party, which will be held in June. This is a must-attend event for any HR professional, providing the opportunity to network and celebrate best practice and innovation in an exciting location.
