Consumer insights provider Toluna has announced the appointment of Mathilde Lelièvre (pictured) to the newly created role of chief people officer, in order to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Lelièvre joined Toluna in 2005 as a vice president of operations and was responsible for managing its client services team. Most recently she held the role of chief operating officer.
In the role of chief people officer, she will be responsible for evolving the business’ strategy for its HR delivery model, accelerating digital transformation, and leading a people-centric approach for its more than 1,700 employees across the globe.

Lelièvre said: “I am thrilled to take on this new role of chief people officer. This shift from the traditional role of chief human resources officer to chief people officer is an intentional move that reinforces the fact that people are at the heart of everything we do at Toluna.
